About CheerEmoji

CheerEmoji was inspired by the concept of Cheerlights a global project that synchronizes lights worldwide to the same color based on the community's desire. The spirit of connectedness and creativity behind CheerLights made it one of the first IoT platforms to bring people together through shared expressions.

A special shoutout goes to Hans Scharler the creator of CheerLights. Hans is an innovator, developer, and community builder with a passion for connecting people through technology. Inspired by George, CheerEmoji aims to carry forward the legacy of fostering global community, with the playful power of emojis.

Background

Currently, CheerEmoji supports only English (en) emojis. This was a project accomplished over the holiday break but we plan to include more languages in the future.

In addition to the site, CheerEmoji allows you to get and set emoji expressions easily. More detailed documentation and examples are in the works but for now these should help you get started quickly.
